This page explains what this website collects, what happens to an enquiry when you send one, and the limits of the health information published here.
Privacy Notice
What this website collects
Nothing. This website has no contact forms, no accounts and no newsletter sign-up. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from any other company. There is nothing here that follows you between websites, and nothing that builds a profile of you.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs of requests made to the site — including IP addresses — for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individuals, and we do not combine them with anything else.
When you contact us
If you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us, we hold what you send so that we can respond and arrange your care.
- Where it is kept. Enquiries are stored in our Gmail account, operated by Google.
- Who can see it. Access is limited to the Director and our HR personnel. No one else in the organisation, and no outside party, is given access.
- How long we keep it. One year from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted.
- What we do not do. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have only enquired.
WhatsApp messages also exist on your own device and pass through WhatsApp’s systems, which are operated by Meta under their own privacy terms. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, please call or email instead.
Medical records are separate
Clinical records created in the course of your treatment at RHH Medical Centre are held separately from website enquiries, under medical confidentiality and the record-keeping obligations that apply to healthcare providers. This notice covers the website and general enquiries only; your treating clinician can explain how your clinical record is handled.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw consent for us to hold your enquiry at any time.
To make any of these requests, or to raise a concern about how your information has been handled, contact us at revitaholistichealthcare@gmail.com or on 88483 68623. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Changes to this notice
If our practices change, we will update this page. This version is dated 1 September 2026.

Care is individual. Outcomes vary from person to person, and nothing here should be read as a promise of a particular result. Ayurvedic and yoga therapies are provided by qualified practitioners as part of a coordinated plan alongside modern medical care, not as a replacement for it.
